Our Student Volunteer Program provides an opportunity for high school and college students to help senior citizens navigate the online world safely while earning valuable volunteer hours.

How the Program Works

Our Student Volunteer Program is structured to ensure students receive the necessary training and support to educate seniors on online safety. Here’s how it works:

Training for Student Volunteers

Students will go through a structured training program covering:

Techniques to effectively communicate complex digital concepts to seniors.
Identifying common online scams and fraud.
Teaching seniors how to create strong passwords and recognize phishing attempts.

Conducting Educational Sessions

Once trained, students will conduct in-person and virtual sessions at various locations, including:

Earning Volunteer Hours
